Community pool access is provided and managed through a third-party company. Florida CFY is not responsible for maintenance or pool closures. The pool is typically open year-round. 

If you love extra ice, be sure to stop by the store for a bag. There is no icemaker in the condo.

Bath towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels and pool towels.
